Censa Cables is a Spanish family-owned company that designs, develops, and manufactures custom cables for specific projects. It began making catalog cables in 1964 and shifted toward specialty cables in the 1980s, building more than 60 years of experience in the sector.

Made-to-order project terms

The company works with customers to develop cable solutions and highlights three operating terms:

• Minimum order: 300 meters.
• Manufacturing lead time: 7 to 10 days.
• Quote requests answered within 24 to 48 hours.

Industries served

Its cables are designed for specialized applications. Markets served include mining, oil and gas, rail, defense, aerospace, airports, elevators, maritime, robotics, e-mobility, renewables, sensors, medical, and audiovisual applications, along with other industrial sectors. The company says it participates in international projects.

Certifications and standards

Censa has held ISO 9001 certification since 1996 and ISO 14001 certification since 2024. The company offers the option to certify its products and provide a cable test report covering the finished product against inspection points agreed upon with the customer. It works to UNE, NF, IEC, VDE, BS, and UL/CSA standards and says it complies with REACH and RoHS.
