Amara NZero distributes solutions for the energy transition, with a focus on decarbonization, electrification, and energy efficiency and digitalization. Its offering covers energy generation, distribution, and consumption, as well as telecommunications networks and data centers.

Products and services

The company sells components and systems across multiple technologies, including products from leading brands:

• Solar photovoltaics: modules (JA Solar, LONGi, Trina Solar, Aiko, DAH SOLAR); inverters (Fronius, Huawei, SMA, Solis, Sungrow); batteries (Dyness, Sungrow, Fronius, Huawei, SMA); mounting systems (Schletter, Sunfer); monitoring, optimizers, and accessories.
• Electric mobility: home, commercial, and fast chargers, charge-management systems, and accessories (Autel, Fronius, Huawei, SMA).
• Low voltage: protection devices, switches, fuses, enclosures, and connection solutions (Chint, Gave, Pronutec).
• Other areas: wind power, electrical grids, telecommunications (fiber-to-the-home, copper, racks), data centers, and hydraulics.
• Services: logistics, battery energy storage systems (BESS), financing, technical service, training, and tutorials.

Company profile

With more than 60 years in energy and logistics, Amara NZero operates in 11 countries across four continents. The company reports more than 4,000 customers, 900 suppliers, 1,200 employees, and over 550,000 square meters of warehouse space, as well as two customs warehouses. It is an Authorized Economic Operator and has engineering, design, and component-manufacturing capabilities.

Corporate structure

The parent company is Amara S.A. The group completed a comprehensive recapitalization with support from Cinven, which remains the majority shareholder, along with the group’s banks and holders of 99% of its senior secured notes. Guillermo Beltrán López del Rincón is CEO of Amara NZero Iberia.
