Its T.I.P.S. framework (Technique, Intelligence, Personality, and Speed) emphasizes game intelligence and decision-making, based on the idea that technical skill without the ability to make decisions is not enough to reach the highest level. The company says it has worked with more than 500 players and 50 clubs worldwide.
