Vouchers for shopping in Soria

Soria Bonos is a local-commerce initiative launched by the City of Soria. It issues discount vouchers that shoppers can redeem at participating businesses to encourage residents to shop locally.

How the program works

Users request Soria Bonos, receive them on their phones, and redeem a voucher for each €25 purchase at participating businesses. The website lets visitors search participating stores and allows businesses to sign up for the program.

Soria Cultural Voucher

The program also includes a Soria Cultural Voucher for residents who meet the requirements of Spain's Youth Cultural Voucher program (Royal Decree 191/2023 and Order of June 4, 2024) and have applied for and received that voucher. It provides €40 in two vouchers worth €20 each.

The vouchers can be used for cultural products such as books, magazines, newspapers, other periodicals, video games, sheet music, vinyl records, CDs, DVDs or Blu-rays, computer and electronics equipment and supplies, software and hardware, art materials, and musical instruments.

Campaign results

News published on the website reports nearly €1.84 million in sales and a redemption rate of 59%. It also reports an expansion of the campaign to €305,000.
