About Ismael González Díaz
Architecture and interior photography
Ismael González Díaz is a professional photographer based in Seville, specializing in architecture and interiors. He works with architecture firms, brands, and other professionals to create clear, distinctive images of their spaces. He also takes on product and documentary photography when a project calls for it. Based in Seville, he works throughout Spain.
Photography specialties
- Architecture: completed buildings, facades, complexes, public spaces, and urban planning. He works with natural light and schedules visits around the sun’s orientation. When a project calls for it, he may make two visits—at sunrise and at sunset or blue hour. Perspective and vertical correction are included as standard.
- Interior design: photo features for architecture and interior design studios, with similar attention to natural light and perspective correction.
- Restaurants and hotels: comprehensive photography for hotels, boutique stays, vacation apartments, country homes, restaurants, and food-focused spaces. Coverage can include rooms, suites, shared spaces, dining areas, terraces, kitchens, menus, and atmosphere. Deliverables are adapted to each channel, including websites, online travel agencies, Google Business, social media, press, and MICE materials.
- Real estate: homes for sale or rent, retail spaces, warehouses, offices, and land. Shoots are prepared for real estate sites such as Idealista, Fotocasa, and Habitaclia, as well as sales materials. Drone photography is available when appropriate.
- Industrial and public works: warehouses, factories, facilities, infrastructure, and civil engineering. Technical coverage can support project records, corporate communications, bids, and institutional press, with attention to safety and operating schedules.
- Construction progress: sequential photography for builders, developers, and studios, with periodic visits, repeat framing for time-lapse, and delivery by phase.
Project scope and terms
- A fixed quote is provided within 24 to 48 hours after reviewing the project. Pricing is not set per photo; it depends on the number of spaces, project complexity, and intended use.
- Session length varies: a half day for a complete home or small business, and one to three days for developments or hotels, sometimes with visits spread over time.
- Delivery takes 10 to 21 business days after the final shoot, depending on volume and retouching. The schedule can be adjusted for competition, award, or publication deadlines.
- Standard editing includes perspective and vertical correction, minor object cleanup, color correction, and lighting adjustments. More extensive retouching—such as removing furniture, replacing skies, or compositing multiple exposures—is quoted separately.
- Drone photography is available for suitable projects, with a certified pilot and legal feasibility agreed on in advance for the location.
- Clients can provide their own shot list or develop one with the photographer during a preliminary visit or video call.
- Preparing the space before the shoot is recommended. More detailed styling, including textiles, plants, and props, is scoped and quoted separately.
- Image-use rights are granted for agreed purposes such as websites, social media, project records, presentations, awards, competitions, and trade press. Paid advertising or transfer to third parties is agreed at the start of the project.
