Federación Empresarial Andaluza de Sociedades Laborales (FEANSAL) represents worker-owned companies in Andalusia. Its work focuses on training, business consulting, and support for entrepreneurs and social-economy businesses.

Services and activities

FEANSAL offers training for job seekers and employees, business-consolidation consulting, and international programs for entrepreneurs. It also publishes a magazine about worker-owned companies and organizes events such as job fairs and European social-economy conferences.

• For job seekers: Occupational Trainer, Executive Secretary, Office Software Technician, and General Administrative Assistant for Small Businesses, offered in Seville or Málaga.
• For employees: Occupational Risk Prevention and Business IT in Seville, plus distance-learning courses in Basic Management of Worker-Owned Companies and Social-Economy Business Management.

Events and updates

The federation takes part in events such as the University Job Fair of Granada and the European Social Economy Conference. It also signs cooperation agreements with other organizations and informs members about grants and equality certifications.
