The Confederación de Empresarios de Andalucía (CEA) is an organization representing businesses across Andalusia. Its website says it brings together about 200,000 self-employed professionals and companies through regional and industry groups, as well as affiliated members.

• Institutional representation and advocacy with government agencies
• Subsidized employee training through sector-specific programs supported by SEPE and FUNDAE, with courses on collective bargaining, hiring, workplace equality, occupational safety, and management skills
• Technical occupational-safety assistance, including answers to workplace-safety questions and resources for businesses and professionals
• Programs supporting entrepreneurship and self-employment through CEA + Autónomos
• International connections through the Enterprise Europe Network (EEN) and projects such as the Andalusia–Algarve Cross-Border EURES partnership
• Industry initiatives such as Andalucía AgrotechDIH

Partnerships and financing

CEA has worked with Unicaja for more than two decades. A renewed agreement makes a dedicated range of financing and services available on favorable terms to member businesses and self-employed professionals, with a total amount of €1 billion.

Recognition

CEA organizes the CEA Corporate Social Responsibility Awards. The 13th edition was held in collaboration with Fundación Cajasol. The latest award recipients were Horse Powertrain, Fuerte Group Hotels, Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Iberia, and Joaquín Caro Ledesma.

Publications and transparency

CEA publishes annual activity reports, periodic reports, and a newsletter for Andalusia's business community. It also maintains an internal information and reporting system (SICOM) and a transparency section.
