A central Seville coworking space

Arcadia Coworking is a 180-square-meter shared workspace on the first floor of Calle Cuna 16, in central Seville, across from Teatro Pathé. It opened in 2016 and describes itself as a community for freelancers, remote workers, entrepreneurs, startups, and digital nomads from different countries. The space is designed for people who want a central, well-connected location, 24/7 access, and 1 GB/s fiber-optic internet.

Workspace and amenities

The space has distinct work areas: a coworking zone with desks, drawers, shelving, and a printer, divided into quiet and conversation areas; phone booths for calls and video meetings; a multipurpose room for meetings, presentations, workshops, and training sessions for up to 20 people, with a projector, screen, and whiteboard; a lounge and networking area with a sofa, side tables, and sound system; and a kitchen with a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and tableware. Natural light and plants are part of the interior design.

Membership plans and prices

Monthly memberships are subject to 21% VAT:

• Coworkers Flex: €159 per month for a flexible desk, meeting-room access, and 24/7 access.
• Fix: €175 per month for a dedicated desk, meeting-room access, and 24/7 access.
• Duo Desk: €119 per person per month for one desk shared by two coworkers, meeting-room discounts, and full access during business hours.

Day passes are also available: one day for €17 plus VAT, two days for €30 plus VAT, and five days for €70 plus VAT. Each includes full access during business hours. The space says extended access outside regular hours, on weekends, and on holidays may be arranged by inquiry.

Additional services

• Multipurpose room: €60 for a half day or €100 for a full day, plus VAT; capacity is up to 15 people and equipment is included. Hourly rate: €15 plus VAT.
• Virtual Office Plus: from €35 per month plus VAT, including tax registration address, registered business address, mail pickup and notification, and package delivery.
• Virtual office: €20 per month plus VAT, including a registered business address and mail pickup and notification.

Member services also include storage lockers, mail receipt and notification, printing, coworking visa, a space manager, digital key access, security, heating and air conditioning, water and electricity, meeting-room discounts, and cleaning.

Arcadia is at Calle Cuna 16, first floor, 41004 Seville, Spain. It is a two-minute walk from Plaza del Salvador and the Faculty of Fine Arts; three minutes from La Campana and Metropol Parasol (Las Setas); five minutes from Plaza del Duque; one minute from Calle Sierpes; and 10 minutes from Alameda. The area is accessible by bicycle, bus, and car, with nearby parking at Escuelas Pías, Plaza Nueva, and Saba.
