Lodra Chimeneas

Choosing a fire for the home

For more than three decades, Lodra Chimeneas has built its business around fireplaces and stoves, from traditional wood-burning models to pellet, gas, electric, and bioethanol systems. Based in Segovia, the company also carries outdoor cooking and living products, including barbecues, griddles, and patio furniture.

Advice, installation, and upkeep

The choice of a fireplace is tied to the home around it: the room’s size, the flue, the fuel available, and the way the household expects to use the space all matter. Lodra offers product advice along with installation and maintenance, giving customers a place to discuss those constraints before settling on a model. Its website says its technicians carry out installations and that the company is authorized for RITE-regulated work.

The catalog ranges from freestanding stoves to inserts and built-in fireplaces, as well as boilers and cooking equipment. That breadth is useful when comparing heating approaches, but the right system depends on a property-specific assessment. A site visit and a clear installation proposal can help establish what a particular home can accommodate.
