Tienda de las Alarmas presents itself as an official distributor of Ajax alarm systems, a company founded in Ukraine in 2011. It sells wireless security kits and devices for homes and businesses, with next-day delivery and technical advice before purchase. Its catalog ranges from control panels and sensors to cameras and accessories. The store notes that Ajax systems do not require mandatory monthly fees.

Technical advice and kit setup

The store offers free advice to help customers choose an Ajax kit suited to their home or business. The process includes reviewing entrances and vulnerable areas, recommending sensors to avoid unnecessary components, and checking coverage and compatibility. The company says the advice is provided with no obligation and without asking for personal information, leaving the decision to the customer. Kits are also configured at no charge and delivered within 24 hours, with remote support afterward.

Detectors carry Grade 2 certification under European security standards. The system has multiple communication channels—wireless, Ethernet, Wi-Fi, and 4G—and a backup battery rated for up to 16 hours during a power outage. It can be controlled through the free Ajax Security System mobile app and used independently or connected to a central alarm-receiving station (CRA). Sensors are described as easy to install using the included adhesive mount, without wires or special tools.
