Yesyforma Europa

Prefabricated Plaster Ceilings

Yesyforma Europa is a Spanish manufacturer of prefabricated, suspended plaster ceilings. The company has operated since 1995, with its headquarters and production center in Sástago, in Zaragoza's Ribera Baja del Ebro area. It sells to distributors, specifiers, installers, and individual customers. Its network includes more than 50 authorized sales locations across Spain, along with an international presence.

Products and Specialties

• Standard ceilings: The company's classic plaster ceiling line.
• Acoustic ceilings: Its main specialty. The acoustic panels absorb sound reverberation and are designed for school dining rooms, restaurants, libraries, meeting rooms, and other work or leisure spaces.
• Mecatécnico: A new generation of removable ceilings made with technology that makes the panels lighter.
• Decorative finishes and treatments: Ceilings painted in a requested color, the Yesycleaner treatment—which allows washing without changing the panels' breathable properties—and antibacterial ceilings.
• SKY and Go Light lines: Eco-conscious ceilings and natural gypsum ceilings that glow in the dark.

Production and Quality

The factory uses an automated production process with machinery developed by the company. The gypsum used contains 97% calcium sulfate, compared with a market level of around 90%, and the water used comes from the Ebro River and is tested periodically. The company works to UNE-EN-14246 and UNE-EN-13964 standards, and its quality management system is certified to UNE-EN ISO 9001 by TÜV Rheinland under certificate number 0.04.19137. Samples are taken from every production batch for quality control.

Innovation and Sustainability

Yesyforma develops research and innovation projects in areas such as acoustic and thermal comfort, fire resistance, and moisture resistance. Recent initiatives include ceilings made partly with polyurethane waste to keep it out of landfills, as part of the LifeRepolyuse project.

Markets

In addition to its sales network in Spain, the company exports to countries in Europe, the Middle East, and the Caribbean.
