Adega Buezas
A family Albariño winery founded in 1915 in Sanxenxo, Galicia, using its own vineyards for limited-production wines and offering wine tourism.
About Adega Buezas
Five generations of Albariño in Galicia
Adega Buezas is a family winery in the village of Buezas, Sanxenxo, within Galicia's Rías Baixas wine region. Founded in 1915, it represents more than five generations of Albariño growing and winemaking.
Its wines use grapes entirely from its own vineyards, including vines more than a century old. That focus keeps production limited.
Wines and gifts
The winery sells wine under the Peón & Rei label and other names. It also offers gourmet baskets combining wine and Galician products. Its catalog includes:
- Peón & Rei boxes of 3, 6, and 12 bottles, with personalization available
- The #WINELOVER pack
- Gourmet baskets with 2, 5, or 9 bottles and Galician products
- Albarari Bianco vermouth
- Burbullas de Albarari
- Gallaecia Regnum
Wine tourism
Adega Buezas offers activities beyond wine sales:
- Winery visits: Tours of the facilities to learn about winemaking.
- Adopt a vine: A sponsorship program that lets people give a vine from the family vineyard as a gift.
- Harvest Festival: An activity tied to grape-picking season.
