Hefame is a cooperative that distributes medicines and pharmacy products to pharmacies. According to the company, it is the largest privately owned pharmaceutical distributor in the Region of Murcia by revenue and ranks among Spain’s top three in the sector. In 2024, it held a 12.26% share of the pharmaceutical distribution market.

Distribution Network

The cooperative has more than 16 warehouses along the Mediterranean coast and a daily delivery network that reaches member pharmacies as often as four times a day.
