Pastelería Díaz began in Tenerife in 1968, founded by Antonio Díaz de Armas and María del Carmen Cazorla Morales. The original workshop also served as a shop; as the family business grew, it carried its baking tradition to locations across the island. The company now describes itself as a seven-location bakery, with a range that spans traditional and contemporary pastries, breads, and savory food.
