Representing business across the province

The Official Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Services, and Navigation of Santa Cruz de Tenerife represents, promotes, and defends the general interests of commerce, services, industry, and navigation throughout the province. Its work is focused on strengthening the region's economic base.

Services for businesses

The Chamber offers a broad range of support for businesses and entrepreneurs:

• Advice on starting a business, business registration, and guidance for newly established companies
• Environmental consulting for businesses and assistance with grants and subsidies
• Training and employment services, including subject-specific courses, training and employment programs, in-company training, a virtual campus, and an entrepreneurship school
• Digitalization programs, including Programa Pyme Digital, Kit Digital, Kit Consulting, and information technology training
• International growth, including trade missions and international trade shows, consulting and mentoring, international tenders, finding partners in Europe, business opportunities in Africa, certifications, and ATA Carnets
• Economic studies, database access, digital certificates, international paperwork and documents, space rentals, and arbitration services
• Help with grants and programs such as Bono Consumo Archipiélago, Bono Joven 2025, 2024–2025 rental assistance, Canary Islands incentives for the primary sector, and Kit Digital

Training and events

The Chamber regularly organizes training. Listed topics include omnichannel sales for retailers, automating processes with AI, AI marketing for small businesses, buffet profitability and productivity, and exploring the job market. It also maintains a training calendar and a digital newsletter.

It also has a branch on La Gomera, supported by the island's council, and provides service on El Hierro.

Institutional work

The Chamber takes part in economic-promotion initiatives and works with organizations such as the Tenerife Island Council and the Canary Islands Wine Tourism Cluster. It organizes events such as Ruta del Gallo in Valle de Aridane and publishes regular economic outlook reports on the Canary Islands.
