Soster Ibérica is a family-run company that distributes Italian cheeses and other gourmet products in Spain and Portugal. Its parent company has roots in the province of Vicenza, Veneto, and more than 75 years of experience in the cheese business. Soster has distributed products on the Iberian Peninsula for more than 20 years.

Products and Specialties

The company distributes cheeses it produces itself and products from other Italian makers, aged and finished in its own workshop. Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) labels identify cheeses with a protected origin. Its catalog includes:

• Aged, specialty, fresh, and mozzarella cheeses
• Blue, soft, and stretched-curd cheeses
• BioVoglia organic products
• Cured meats, pasta, and wine

Products include Grana Padano, Parmigiano Reggiano, mozzarella, mascarpone, provolone, and ricotta.

Customers and Distribution

Soster Ibérica primarily supplies restaurants, pizzerias, food producers, and food manufacturers. It also serves supermarkets and other large retailers, delicatessens, and gourmet food stores on a smaller scale.
