Els Vinyerons Vins Naturals is a winery in Sant Martí Sarroca, near Barcelona. It makes wines and cava with minimal intervention, aiming to let the character of the vineyard come through. It works only with vineyards it considers inspiring sources of distinctive wines.
Wines and cava
- Lluerna: A white wine made entirely from Xarel·lo, with minerality and a balsamic note associated with the Mediterranean climate. It uses the same grape variety from two vintages.
- Saltamartí: An aromatic Ull de Llebre wine made with 90% from the current vintage and 10% aged for a year in oak barrels. It is described as fresh and delicate.
- Pregadéu: A mineral, notably fresh cava made by the ancestral method from Xarel·lo grown on limestone soils.
