Pregler Immobilien

A Mallorca agency founded in 2002

Pregler Immobilien is a real estate agency based in Mallorca, founded in 2002 by Beate Pregler after years in the industry. The company describes itself as a personal, hands-on business, with a team that works individually with buyers and sellers across the island.

Property sales and local expertise

The agency focuses on real estate brokerage, particularly property sales. Its work centers on central Mallorca, where the founder lives and which she considers her area of expertise. The website has sections on properties for sale, projects, maps, practical advice, construction, and financing, pointing to an offering that may extend beyond buying and selling to guidance on building projects and financing.

A personal approach

The company says it values quality over volume and one-to-one service over handling a large number of clients. It describes keeping a limited online presence and getting to know each client personally so recommendations reflect their goals and actual budget. The agency says this approach results in a selective property portfolio and direct contact with the founder.
