SBI Connectors designs and manufactures low-, medium-, and high-voltage electrical connectors. Its products are used in substations, electrical equipment such as transformers, generators, and motors, power-distribution networks, and railway electrification infrastructure.

• High-voltage and grounding solutions for substations: connector design for electrical substations, with guidance for engineering firms, utilities, and installers. The company also supplies conductors, strings, and insulators.
• Electrical equipment: connection solutions for transformers, motors, and generators, supported by simulations and testing from its engineering team.
• Low- and medium-voltage distribution lines: connectors for overhead and underground networks and renewable-energy sites, including solar, photovoltaic, and wind projects.
• Railway solutions: design and manufacture of electrical connectors for trackside connections, catenary systems, and traction substations.

Innovation and Quality

SBI Connectors operates an extra-high-voltage research and development center established in collaboration with the Polytechnic University of Catalonia. Its capabilities include integrated management systems, quality control and manufacturing traceability, product approvals and certifications, and life-cycle analysis.
