Associació Familiars Alzheimer Vallès Occidental (AFA-VO) is a nonprofit supporting people affected by Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias, along with their families and caregivers. Its in-person office is at Casa de Cultura de Sant Cugat, 8 Carrer de Castellví, 08173 Sant Cugat del Vallès.

The association offers support and cognitive-stimulation services:

Information and outreach
AFA-VO publishes news, newsletters, and annual reports and organizes awareness and fundraising events, including a Rummikub tournament and the “Marca un gol a l'Alzheimer” (Score a Goal Against Alzheimer’s) event. It celebrated its 25th anniversary in 2020.
