Guided rides through the Llobregat Delta
SomBici is a Catalan worker cooperative with a social mission and no profit distribution. It promotes cycling as a sustainable, healthy way to get around. Its main activity is organizing guided rides through natural and cultural areas, with routes for different ages and experience levels.
Routes and activities
Guided rides are offered on Saturdays and Sundays as half-day or full-day outings. The itineraries include Delta Gaudí, Parc Agrari i Basses, La Plana del Delta, Can Dimoni–Remolar, and Delta i Arquitectura. SomBici also offers a geolocation game and seasonal activities, such as an artichoke-themed ride in March. The routes are designed for families and school groups as well as other visitors, and guides are available in Catalan, Spanish, English, and French. The cooperative also runs a Biciescola, or cycling school.
Who can take part
With tours in four languages and routes for everyone from beginners to regular cyclists, SomBici makes it easier for local residents and international visitors to explore the area by bike.
