Family support led by an experienced practitioner

Territorio Familia is a family therapy and parenting-advice service led by Ana, who has worked with families since 2003. Adoptive families are her specialty, though she also works with broader parenting concerns, adolescence, separation, and family crises.

Services for families

• Family counseling: help with challenges at home involving parenting, teens, or separation.
• Attachment-focused parenting: balancing affection with structure.
• Adoption support: guidance before, during, and after adoption, including family adjustment, starting school, and building bonds.
• Trauma support: strategies for responding to the effects of trauma on children.
• Life-story work: supporting identity development during adoption.
• Exploring origins: helping children understand their personal history in ways suited to each stage of development.

Therapeutic approach

Ana draws on systemic family therapy, attachment theory, and her training in trauma therapy. Sessions are primarily individual, with attention to family relationships, roles, structure, and internal dynamics. She offers both in-person and online sessions.

Fees

• Initial session: €50.
• Individual session: €65.
• Four-session package: €220.
