English lessons for children and teens

Teacher Sara is a British English teacher offering private lessons to children and teenagers ages 6–17. Classes are held in very small groups of no more than four students, and one-on-one lessons are also available. Instruction is tailored to each age group and level and can include support with school English, homework, and academic assignments.

Teaching approach and levels

The approach varies by age. For younger children ages 6–8, lessons use games, stories, and interactive activities. Students ages 9–11 work on speaking, reading, writing, and grammar to build confidence. For ages 12–17, lessons focus more deeply on communication, grammar, writing, and academic English, with Cambridge exam preparation when appropriate.

Prices and schedule

• Small-group lessons: €45 per student per month for one class a week, or €80 per student per month for two classes a week, at a special introductory price.
• One-on-one lessons: €25 per class.
• Schedule: Monday–Thursday afternoons.

Location and contact

Lessons take place in a professional learning space at the teacher’s home in San Juan, Alicante. She has more than 15 years of experience teaching at schools in Spain, including in San Sebastián, Pamplona, Madrid, and Alicante. Contact is handled through WhatsApp.
