López Echeto is an artisan pastry business with 80 years of history in Tenerife. It operates pastry shops, confectionery stores, and cafes, and also offers catering, brunch, and event services. All of its products are made at its own artisan bakery in San Cristóbal de La Laguna.

Products

• Cakes: standard and custom-made for birthdays, baptisms, weddings, and other events. Customers can choose the base, flavor, and decoration.
• Cake flavors include Asunción, yogurt, pineapple, rum, San Marcos, Black Forest, nougat, whisky, tocino de cielo, egg-yolk, strawberry, truffle, Marron Glacé, mocha, chocolate, Oreo, Ferrero, chestnut, and apple, among others.
• Savory bites: crab, salmon, and ensaladilla boats; pizza bites; blood-sausage and cheese balls; canapés; croquettes; stuffed dates; empanadillas; petit sous; and meat pies.
• Sweets: Asunción mille-feuille; puff pastry and almond meringue; shortcrust pastry with sliced apples; cream and chocolate tartlets; and sugar-free chocolate petit sous.
• Cakes and cookies: laguneros and mini-laguneros, honey muffins, butterfly cookies, sugar-free orange-and-almond mini cakes, Christmas and Easter specialties, and chocolate cookies.
• Brunch options, both savory and sweet.
• Ice cream from several brands.

Services

Along with in-store sales, López Echeto takes orders for custom cakes, provides catering for weddings, baptisms, birthdays, and anniversaries, serves brunch and breakfast, and delivers using climate-controlled transport. Its own cafes serve freshly made products.
