Villa Violetta

A large private villa above Maspalomas

Villa Violetta is a luxury vacation home in an elevated residential area of Maspalomas, in San Bartolomé de Tirajana, Gran Canaria. The four-level property covers 650 square meters, has nine bedrooms and 34 beds, and is rented as a whole. Ocean views extend from San Agustín toward the lighthouse, with mountains behind the house. Its setting is described as a residential area away from the busiest tourist districts.

Room for groups, with plenty to do at home

Facilities include a gym, hot tub, sauna, heated pool, billiards, table tennis, foosball, electronic dartboard, Xbox One, stand-up paddleboard, bicycles, board games, and an electric massage chair. The range of indoor and outdoor activities gives larger groups ways to spend time together without planning each day around an excursion.

Rates and guest feedback

Whole-villa rates start at €350 per night for 10 guests. Prices vary with group size, length of stay, and season; dates and rates appear in the property's booking section. The listing reports more than 100 reviews, nearly all at the highest available rating, across platforms including Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, Tripadvisor, Facebook, and Google. The owner describes it as Gran Canaria's best-rated luxury villa; that is the owner's claim.
