A social enterprise with an employment mission

CIPO, S.C.C.L. is a nonprofit social enterprise founded in Sabadell in 1968 by a group of parents of young people with intellectual disabilities. Its production work operates as a Special Employment Center, with the goal of supporting the social and workplace inclusion of people with intellectual disabilities and/or mental illness through jobs adapted to each person’s needs.

The organization is registered with the Government of Catalonia’s Special Employment Centers registry under number T00042. Its tax identification number is F08237562.

Business services

• Natural areas and landscaping: Garden design, construction, and maintenance; forestry work; and maintenance of natural areas.
• General services: Laundry, document destruction, and professional cleaning.
• Industrial services: Packaging, bagging, labeling, ultrasonic welding, and heat-sealing.
• Waste management and services related to recycling and sustainability.
• Food service and hospitality.

Services and support for individuals

• Day Activity Center: Occupational therapy and occupational integration services for people with intellectual disabilities.
• Residential Support Service: Management of two group homes in Sabadell for people with intellectual disabilities.
• Employment Guidance and Placement Service.
• Training Service: Job training for unemployed people with an intellectual disability certificate.
• Family Support Service: Social work support for people connected with the organization and their families.
