Ecotallers

Environmental education and circular economy

Ecotallers is an initiative of Associació Cultural Amics del Parc & Carros de Nasura, based in Sabadell, Catalonia. Its work brings together environmental education, waste management, and the sale of computer supplies. The association has been operating since 1998, with a team led by Francesc Miret.

Services and products

• Ink and toner cartridges: original, compatible, and recycled cartridges for printers, priced from €11 to €46. Customers provide the product reference and quantity, approve a quote, and receive delivery at home within 24 hours.
• Printer and computer service: repair and maintenance, which it says has been backed by a quality guarantee since 1998.
• Aula Natura: environmental awareness and interpretive learning activities at the Boumort Reserve, including overnight stays and group visits starting at €200, 5-by-10-meter garden plots with water and electricity, and opportunities to interact with animals and plants.
• Ecotour de Geoparcs: a cultural initiative that promotes the collection and transport of electronic waste, plastics, and containers by Pyrenean horses, Sam and Son, during their seasonal movement between geoparks.
• Cleanup campaigns: projects such as “Jo omplo la meva bossa” (“I fill my bag”) and “Yo lleno mi bolsa” (“I fill my bag”) to collect waste in natural areas.

Environmental and social commitment

The association works to prevent waste and promote recycling and reuse, the circular economy, and sustainable rural development. It runs public-awareness activities and collaborates with local and regional government agencies. It also offers training in traditional skills such as harnessing and handling horses, along with employment inclusion activities.
