AVAN (Associació Vallès Amics de la Neurologia) is a nonprofit organization that supports people with neurological conditions and their families. It also provides education and awareness programs in schools and other community settings.

Therapy and community services

AVAN provides services and therapies for people affected by neurological conditions, as well as support for their families. Its services include electrical stimulation as part of speech therapy. The association also works with community organizations, public agencies, businesses, and the general public.

The association lists 1,085 member families, 49 staff members, and 352 volunteers. It reports having served 893 people during 2015.
