Flat-Glass Processing Equipment Made in Spain

Turomas manufactures machinery for the flat-glass industry, specializing in storage, loading, and cutting systems. With more than 40 years in the sector, the company designs, manufactures, programs, assembles, and tests its machines at its facility in Rubielos de Mora, Spain, maintaining control over the production process.

Turomas says it has sold more than 3,000 machines and has a presence in more than 120 countries. Its equipment is manufactured entirely in Europe.

Product Lines

• Monolithic glass cutting: cutting tables and automatic break-out tables in the Rubi 200, 300, 400, and 500 series, plus TA-6X and TA-6XY models and MT 300, MT 500, and MT 600 tables.
• Laminated glass cutting: cutting and loading tables in the LAM 300, 400, 500, and 600 series, and MC 300, 500, 600, and 700 series, including MC, MCC, MV, and MVC models.
• Storage and loading: automatic and semiautomatic systems such as the LA overhead loader, Shuttle SR automatic storage system, LR automatic loader, SG smart storage, and the SC-03M, SC-03SA, SC-06SA, and SC-06RD manual and semiautomatic models.
• Software: in-house Industry 4.0 applications including StockGlass, StoreGlass, LinkGlass, Turomas Link, Cutting TV, Turomas Splitter, and SmartGlass. They work with leading glass-optimization software and can generate reports in Excel format.

Custom Projects

Beyond its standard catalog, Turomas develops customized projects for glass measuring 9, 12, 15, or 18 meters, tailored to specific production needs. The company also offers a virtual audit to identify a suitable cutting solution for a customer’s requirements.

Service and Support

Support and maintenance services include spare parts, remote assistance, certified technical service, and after-hours support. Turomas has a technical service team in Mexico for customers in North and Central America, as well as commercial contacts in Spain and Mexico through the phone numbers and email addresses listed on its website.

International Presence

The company participates in international industry trade shows, including GlassBuild America in Las Vegas, Glasstec in Düsseldorf, Veteco in Madrid, and Zak Glass in New Delhi, all scheduled for 2026. At Veteco, Turomas also presents its Distecglass brand. The company has announced Genco Global as its new distributor in the United Kingdom and Ireland.
