Casa Masfarné S.A. is a family-owned company founded in Barcelona in 1894 that manufactures flexible copper electrical conductors. With more than 130 years in business, it specializes in cables, braids, Litz wire, and electrical connections and exports to more than 30 countries in Europe, the Americas, Africa, and Asia.

Products and capabilities

The company manufactures connectivity solutions, many customized to meet the technical requirements of an installation, piece of equipment, or machine. Products include:

• Litz wire: for applications requiring high flexibility and resistance.
• Electrical connections: custom-designed for industrial, energy, rail, and automotive applications, including flat connections with terminals, massed connections, copper-sheet connections, specialty connections, Litz-wire connections, round connections with terminals, and insulated connections.
• Copper braids: braided electrolytic copper (Cu-ETP) in 8-, 16-, 24-, and 32-strand configurations, including shielding, spiral, square, and flat braids.
• Flexible and extra-flexible cables: round electrolytic-copper (Cu-ETP) conductors made of fine wires grouped in concentric layers, in 7-, 19-, or 36-strand options.
