EINA Inserció Laboral is a social enterprise based in Ripollet, Barcelona, specializing in certified destruction of confidential documents and digital media, as well as records management, organization, and digitization. The company describes itself as the only organization in Catalonia combining this work with a social employment commitment to young people at risk of exclusion.

Services

• Confidential document destruction in accordance with DIN 66399 and the European General Data Protection Regulation.
• Certified document digitization using scanning and electronic signatures, with legal validity equivalent to the original.
• Records management and optimization, including assessment, organization, classification, and removal of duplicates.
• Certified destruction of digital and electronic media.

Certifications and compliance

The company complies with UNE-EN 15713:2010, the standard for the secure destruction of confidential material, and holds ISO 9001:2008 certification. TÜV Rheinland Ibérica Inspection, Certification & Testing S.A. audited the company under report number 140028 and certified registration number 00/140028. EINA also provides a Certificate of Employment for People at Risk of Social Exclusion and an Environmental Best Practices Certificate.

Social commitment

EINA was established by two organizations that defend the rights of children and adolescents: Fundació Concepció Juvanteny and Associació Asteroide B-612. Through the company, young people develop workplace habits and conduct, gain access to training, and receive support as they take their first steps in the labor market.
