Industrias Ochoa manufactures dies and performs metal stamping. Its work covers engineering, toolmaking, stamping, welding, assembly, and coatings. The company describes itself as an automotive supplier, with a focus on major American automakers through its plant in Mexico.

Technical Capabilities

• Engineering: CAD die design since 1986 and 3D design since 1997, using proprietary software built on NX, simulation to anticipate results, and an R&D team.
• Toolmaking: in-house, integrated tool manufacturing without subcontracting.
• Stamping: nearly 50 years of experience, with manual, progressive, and transfer presses up to 1,000 tons, using mechanical, hydraulic, and servo-press technology.
• Welding: resistance welding integrated with stamping, as well as arc welding for different industrial sectors.
• Assembly and coatings: complementary processes for metal components.

Facilities and International Presence

The company has two production plants. Its Spanish facility in Ribarroja del Túria, Valencia, has 30,000 square meters available for precision work and includes the die-making operation. The plant in Querétaro, Mexico, produces for major American automakers and brings the company closer to customers in the Americas.
