Rollers and conveyor systems

Codimar manufactures rollers for mining and materials handling, conveyors and roller tracks, and machinery for lifting, transporting, and storing products. It began in 1995 as a service company for mining, public works, agriculture, and industry, initially working in conveyor-belt vulcanizing and splicing. The company later shifted toward manufacturing, first producing mining rollers and then materials-handling rollers and conveyor machinery.

Products and capabilities

The catalog includes several product lines:

• Rollers: light-, medium-, and heavy-duty materials-handling rollers; specialty rollers and drums; and the RSP heavy-duty mining roller.
• Conveyor machinery: gravity, powered-roller, chain, belt, modular-metal-mesh, and hinged-plate conveyors; turntables, transfers, transfer cars, and pallet stackers and dispensers.
• Components: thermoplastic and metal heads, including stamped and welded versions; metal and thermoplastic sprockets; pulleys; drives; idlers; cones; and rubber parts.
• Idler assemblies: flat, troughing, and V-shaped upper stations; self-aligning stations; flat and V-shaped lower stations; flexible rollers; and other types.

The company also designs machines from customer drawings or through its own engineering department.

Codimar holds ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001 certifications, verified by BVQi. The company says its RSP heavy-duty mining roller competes with leading products in the mining and aggregates industries.

International presence

Codimar operates in Europe, Central America, South America, North Africa, and the Middle East. The brand has been registered since 1995.
