Tercera Base 360, S.L. is a consulting firm based in Pozuelo de Alarcón, Madrid, serving small and midsize businesses and owners of real estate assets. Its work combines commercial and financial strategy consulting with comprehensive real estate asset management, a service for owners who lack the time to manage their properties themselves and want to delegate that work to professionals.

• Real estate asset management: Asset administration, accounting and financial analysis, tax management, and dealings with public agencies.
• Strategic consulting for small and midsize businesses: Developing and communicating commercial and financial strategies, including setting, tracking, and measuring goals.
• Real estate brokerage: Through the “alquilofácil & vendofácil” network, of which the firm is a commercial member.
• General liability insurance: The firm acts as an exclusive agent.
• Additional areas of support: Accounting analysis and follow-up, tax and public-agency matters, management audits, marketing and communications, sales, and international trade.

Leadership team

The firm is led by two partners with more than 30 years of business experience:

• José Luis Pérez, administrator and commercial director. His background is in physical distribution through mass-market retail channels. He was commercial director at Afex Suns, a consumer-electronics manufacturer of Sunstech products and importer of Xiaomi, through 2020; general manager and commercial director at Schneider España; and commercial director at Casio España, among other roles. He is a real estate consultant and exclusive agent for Nationale-Nederlanden.
• Fernando Romeo, managing partner. He specializes in financial and tax management for small and midsize businesses, with experience as finance director and controller at Schneider España from 1992 to 2022 and earlier audit work at KPMG. His areas of expertise include accounts-receivable risk with credit insurance and foreign trade (imports and exports).
