A Spanish frozen-food manufacturer

Productos Congelados Selectos 3000 S.L. (PCS) is a Spanish manufacturer of frozen-food products with more than 50 years of experience. It makes its products with selected raw ingredients, and all production is handled in-house in Spain.

Brands and product range

PCS sells its products under several brands:

• PCS: 15 product families from land and sea, with more than 800 items.
• Deleita: specialty appetizers and starters with flavors developed by its chefs.
• Cocinarte: a selection of smaller-format products, including seafood cocktails, tapas, side dishes, appetizers, and fifth-range foods. It is PCS's retail brand.
• Alvent: a brand named on the company's site, with no further details provided.

Recent additions include an Asian selection, mini breaded brie, cod fish and chips, mozzarella bites, and a new line of chocolates. Cocinarte has introduced a range of gyoza made in Spain.

Production facilities

The company lists five production plants:

• Picassent plant
• Picassent II plant
• Mercavalencia plant
• Teruel plant
• Martorell plant (Kokoa)

In 2025, PCS began construction of its fifth production plant, with an investment of €25 million. At its Mercavalencia plant, it makes Deleita products using Japanese technology.

Kokoa Origens acquisition

In 2024, PCS acquired chocolate maker Kokoa Origens, creating Kokoa Origens PCS. The Martorell plant is associated with the acquisition.

Industry involvement and certifications

PCS takes part in international food-industry trade shows, including Conxemar in Vigo. It has renewed verification for 10 of the 17 United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) under the 2030 Agenda and has had an Equality Plan since 2018. The company has implemented Lean Manufacturing methods at its production plants.
