About Talleres Pedro Barberá
Elevator Components Since 1912
Talleres Pedro Barberá is a Spanish manufacturer of components for elevators and freight lifts. Pedro Barberá Arnau founded the company in 1912 as an ornamental ironwork shop in central Valencia. In the late 1960s, his grandson Pedro Barberá Fabra moved the business into the elevator industry, beginning to manufacture doors, cabs, and other elevator components.
History and Capabilities
In 1971, the company moved its facilities to Fuente del Jarro Industrial Park in Paterna, Valencia, where it went on to produce more than 7,000 hinged elevator doors a year. In 1991, with the arrival of fourth-generation family member Pedro Barberá Granell, it began work toward ISO 9001 quality certification and expanded its product range, strengthening its supply of components and replacement parts for the industry. The company marked its centennial in 2012.
