Mallorca Waterpolo Club

A Palma Club That Helped Keep Water Polo Afloat

Mallorca Waterpolo Club was formed in the summer of 2007, reviving the name of an earlier Palma club from the 1990s. Its creation followed the end of water polo as a section of CN Voltor, giving players a separate club through which to continue training and competing.

Teams From Youth to Masters

The club’s program covers boys’ and girls’ teams as well as adult and masters categories. That span gives young players a route into the sport and offers adults a place to keep competing, with teams participating in organized leagues and regional events.

Training takes place at municipal pools in Palma. The club also runs a preseason weekend of practices and activities, bringing players from different age groups together as the season begins. For families and swimmers looking for a team-based sport in the city, Mallorca Waterpolo Club offers a focused path from youth development to adult competition.
