Cursos del SOIB

Training listings from SOIB

Cursos del SOIB is an independent website that collects and verifies free training offered by the Balearic Islands Employment Service (SOIB) for 2026. It is not the agency’s official website; it is a unified catalog that updates available seats daily across Mallorca, Menorca, Ibiza, and Formentera.

Course offerings

The site lists 49 active courses with open seats: 16 online, 15 in person, and 18 hybrid. Training is funded by European NextGenerationEU and regional funds and is open to both unemployed people and employed residents of the islands. On completion, students receive an official certificate of professional competence issued by INCUAL, valid throughout the European Union, or a certificate of completion for the course specialty.

Featured subjects

• Digital marketing and digital skills for entrepreneurs
• Early childhood education (lesson planning, psychomotor development, and learning difficulties)
• English (A2 to C1 levels)
• Social and health care for people with dependency needs
• Oral health (epidemiological monitoring, education, and promotion)
• Workplace safety and first aid
• Plant-health controls and drinking-water treatment
• Treasury, accounting, and personnel management
• Python and data

Eligibility and applications

Applicants must be registered as job seekers and have a DARDE card, although some seats are available to employed people during nonworking hours. Dedicated programs include SOIB Jove, for people under 30 in the Youth Guarantee program, and SOIB Reinicia, for people over 30 seeking a new career direction.
