Multi-Expert Tecno is a telephone and consumer electronics repair service located in the centre of Palma de Mallorca. The company presents itself as a workshop with more than fifteen years of experience repairing phones for residents, tourists and businesses across the island, and serves customers without an appointment during its opening hours.

Its activity focuses on repairing smartphones from the main brands on the Spanish market, with a particular presence of iPhone, Samsung, Xiaomi and Huawei, although it also works with Oppo, Honor, OnePlus, Motorola and other manufacturers. The workshop states it has repaired hundreds of devices of each model and has technicians with specialised training.

Working method and times

The process described by the company is structured in three steps: the customer arrives without an appointment, a free diagnosis is carried out and a quote is provided instantly; the technicians then carry out the repair, which in the most common cases is completed in under an hour; finally the customer collects the repaired device. For complex faults, such as water damage or motherboard interventions, the timeframe may be longer and the company states that it informs the customer in advance.

According to the published information, the most common repairs — screen and battery replacement — are resolved in under an hour, and battery replacement is usually completed in under thirty minutes. The company states that most repairs do not require leaving the phone overnight.

Parts, warranty and quote

Multi-Expert Tecno states that it uses high-quality components and that, in the case of iPhone, it offers both original parts and Apple OEM-grade parts according to the customer's preferences and budget. All repairs include a warranty covering the replaced part and the labour, as indicated by the workshop itself.

The price depends on the brand, model and type of damage. The company insists that the diagnosis is free and the quote is provided before starting any work.

Walk-in service and reviews

The workshop serves customers on a first-come, first-served basis during its opening hours and offers the possibility of booking via WhatsApp so that the work is prepared when the customer arrives. Its website shows Google reviews totalling 822 ratings, which mention, among other cases, Samsung, iPhone and Apple Watch screen replacements, MacBook repairs and Oppo screen replacements.
