El Llorenç Parc de la Mar is a designer boutique hotel located in the district of La Calatrava, in the historic center of Palma de Mallorca, next to the Cathedral and facing the Mediterranean Sea. The hotel houses the restaurant DINS Santi Taura, which moved from its former premises in a Lloseta carpentry workshop to this enclave of La Calatrava. The restaurant has been awarded two Repsol Suns and a Michelin star in the 2021 guide, according to the information of the establishment itself. Its proposal is inspired by the traditional cuisine of the islands, with seasonal ingredients of local origin, and chef Santi Taura serves and personally explains the tasting menu, which can be accompanied by optional wine pairings. In addition, Restaurant Urbà, also by Santi Taura, offers an à la carte proposal for the evenings based on local and seasonal produce.

Rooftop, wellness and art

The hotel's terrace features an infinity pool oriented toward Palma Bay, described as the longest in the city, and a space that includes cocktail bar, gourmet snacks, solarium with sun loungers and Balinese beds, and outdoor yoga classes. The wellness area has a 14-metre pool and wellness and beauty treatments performed by the spa’s therapists with products of Natura Bissē. The artistic composition of the hotel was developed by the Mallorcan artist Toni Font, and includes abstract painting, photography of architectural elements of Palma, flowers and trees of the Mallorcan landscape, as well as original photography of the early and mid-20th century.

The hotel organises experiences such as cycling routes through Palma, a private cycling tour between El El Llorenç Parc de la Mar and Valldemossa, wine tastings at Bodega Oliver Moragues and visits to the Treurer estate to get to know the oil and olives of Mallorca.
