Fortuny3 is a coworking space at Carrer Can Fortuny 3 in Palma de Mallorca's old town, near Plaça de Cort. Created by architecture studio Arquit3ctes, it is designed for professionals and entrepreneurs seeking a quiet, central workplace.

Facilities and services

The shared workroom has eight stations, each with a retractable desk, ergonomic chair and storage. A 25-square-meter meeting room accommodates up to 15 people and provides wired internet, Wi-Fi, a 50-inch HDMI display, flip chart, climate control and videoconferencing equipment. Other facilities include reception, an equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and complimentary water; a terrace and garden; and a reproduction room with an A3 multifunction printer, A0 plotter, plan folder and cutter, binding tools and a document-destruction container intended for GDPR-compliant disposal.

Security includes video surveillance and electronic access control. The space is heated and air-conditioned, with uniform antiglare lighting. Qualifying membership plans include 24/7 access to the workroom.
