Employment and social inclusion through work

Fundació Privada El Molí d'en Puigvert is a private nonprofit social initiative focused on employment and social inclusion for people with mental health conditions. It combines social and business projects: creating jobs in a supported work environment while providing services to businesses, organizations, and individuals.

The foundation says it employs more than 120 people at risk of social exclusion.

Employment integration programs

The foundation’s work includes a special employment center, a pre-employment service following guidelines from Institut Català d'Assistència i Serveis Socials, and a program placing people in regular businesses. Activities take place in mainstream workplaces, with professional follow-up and support.

In-house projects and products

Initiatives include Cosir & Estrenar, a textile project that works with clothing received from manufacturers under a “surprise box” concept and has its own website. The foundation also runs an Outlet Social in Palafolls and other retail locations, as well as a surplus goods line under the Fora Estocs brand. It says it is affiliated with the employment integration company El Molí Inserció.

Transparency

The website publishes transparency materials, including financial information, contracts, grants, and partners, along with an internal reporting channel.
