Esmaltados Livapol

Industrial coatings for metal and plastic

Esmaltados Livapol is a family-owned company with more than 30 years in the treatment and coating of metal and plastic. It specializes in baked enamel and paint, working with epoxy, polyester, polyurethane, and primers. The company describes itself as an established name in the sector and serves customers in Spain and parts of Europe.

Facilities and production capacity

The company says its facilities have grown from 400 square meters at the beginning to more than 3,000 square meters today, providing space for high-volume production. It reports that it can handle projects of different sizes, from small production runs to large orders involving either large parts or many units.

Equipment and process

Esmaltados Livapol highlights continued investment in machinery and production methods. Its equipment includes a quick color-change booth, high-output paint lines, and robots with self-cleaning and rapid color change. The company says these systems help reduce time and costs, shorten delivery schedules, and keep pricing competitive. It developed the paint-line design in-house.

Customers and projects

With capacity to adapt to different production volumes and schedules, the company serves both large production orders and smaller jobs that require quick turnaround.
