Nitroparis, S.L. is a Spanish chemical company based in Nules, Castellón, and has manufactured chemicals since 1951. The company says it is Spain’s only potassium nitrate manufacturer and currently exports to more than 50 countries.
Products and Capabilities
Nitroparis makes a broad range of chemical and non-chemical products in different formats and particle sizes, and can produce custom products. Its main product lines include:
- Nitrates, including potassium nitrate
- Carbonates
- Magnesium and alloys
- Powdered carbon products
- Aluminum powders
- Titanium, ferrotitanium, and iron
- Nontoxic pigments
- Chlorates and perchlorates
- Anilines
- Rubbers and resins
- Non-chemical products
The company also sells a consumable for cold-spark machines (Sparkular), made with a titanium alloy for spark-fountain effects at events and shows. Its industrial milling equipment can produce ultra-fine products and particle sizes.
Facilities
Nitroparis has two locations in Castellón province:
- Office and factory: P. I. La Mina, 12520 Nules, Castellón, Spain.
- Logistics center: P. I. Belcaire, Avda. Principal P805-806, 12600 Vall de Uixó, Castellón, Spain.
The Nules plant has undergone end-of-line automation, including a KEELTEK bag palletizer with a capacity of 2.5 bags per minute, an intelligent storage system using Flow Rail channels, and a new granulation line.
Quality and Certifications
The company says it holds ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 certifications and has its own quality department.
Company News and Recent Activity
Nitroparis received a €97,059.54 grant through the Valencian Community’s PYMES INDUSTRIALES 2024 program, awarded by the regional Department of Innovation, Industry, Trade, and Tourism to modernize its production infrastructure. In 2025, the company began migrating to Odoo Enterprise v18 through the TechFabLab for SMEs program. In 2026, it renewed the “Contamos Contigo” recognition for its collaboration with Síndrome de Down Castellón.
