Former Wellness and Personal Growth Foundation

Fundación Sauce was a nonprofit focused on complementary therapies and personal growth. Its work centered on teaching and practicing Reiki, meditation, and other techniques intended to support physical and mental wellbeing, with programs for people at different income levels.

Community Programs

The foundation offered free courses for unemployed people, students, and retirees, as well as informational talks at prisons, hospitals, and associations. It provided training for health care staff in hospitals and health centers, Reiki courses for marginalized people with limited resources, guided meditation in prisons and senior residences, and free therapy sessions at hospitals and residences. It also advised businesses and offered free stress-reduction workshops.

Courses and Therapies

The foundation described itself as a pioneer in Spain in personal growth courses beginning in 2005 and said more than 12,000 people had participated in its programs. Its offerings included Reiki courses, stress management methods, personal coaching focused on health and pain, and integrative health guidance. It also offered help choosing a therapy.

Current Status

Fundación Sauce ceased operations in 2019 and does not answer calls or receive visitors. Its website still lists info@fundacionsauce.org.
