Employment and occupational support

Tecsalsa is a special employment and occupational center focused on social and workplace inclusion for people with disabilities. It operates two services: a special employment center that provides outsourced work for businesses and public organizations, and a daytime occupational center that supports personal, social, and vocational development.

Services for businesses and public agencies

Tecsalsa provides specialized outsourced services, including:

• Gardening
• Product handling and assembly
• Green-space maintenance
• Maintenance of street furniture

These services are available to private businesses and public organizations and can be tailored to each client's needs.

Daytime occupational services

Tecsalsa's occupational center helps people with disabilities develop their abilities and skills. Through educational, vocational, and therapeutic activities, the organization works to encourage independence, improve quality of life, and support social inclusion.
