Pragmático.es is a professional community and network of business owners, entrepreneurs, and investors in projects with a positive impact. Its purpose is to let members share life experiences, personal stories, knowledge, and contacts, both one-on-one and in small groups of eight.

Activities and services

• A free weekly email, sent on Tuesdays, with stories, ideas, and life experiences for people going through difficult situations.
• Peer-learning groups that meet monthly for four hours, without phones, using a structured approach centered on confidentiality, active listening, and commitment.
• Investment opportunities in positive-impact projects, with a focus on access to affordable housing, housing for young people, shared housing for older adults, and innovation in construction in Spain.

Background

The project sent daily emails from February through October 2024 and has sent them weekly since then. Its founder became certified as a facilitator of the peer-learning group method and led the real estate crowdlending platform Civislend from 2016 to 2022. According to the information published, Civislend has funded €285 million across 153 projects since 2017, with an average return of 10% and an average term of 15 months.

Membership

The weekly emails are free. Paid membership is available for the community's support groups, with a fee of €75 for entrepreneurs and €150 for business owners and professionals. Members may cancel at any time.
