Comprehensive support for people and families

Fundación IRES is a nonprofit providing comprehensive services to people and families facing vulnerability. Its social-services, psychology, and education professionals work together to strengthen relationships and build personal, educational, and financial resources. The foundation reports supporting 20,336 people in Catalonia and the Balearic Islands in 2025.

Programs and services

The foundation brings together projects and services addressing a range of needs:

• Casal en Familia: guidance and support for families with limited resources and little social support.
• Proyecto Click: a social and educational program for teenagers and young adults who need support with education, social development, or employment.
• Conecta y Crece: building children's social and emotional skills and strengthening group connections at school.
• Proyecto Fils: therapeutic and educational support for families and individuals experiencing conflict.
• Proyecto Impulsa: help for people working to change their personal or employment circumstances.
• Relaciones Sanas: psychological services promoting nonviolent relationships between people of the same gender.
• Sin Género de Dudas: an online space raising awareness about equality, sexuality, and healthy relationships.
• Trobem-nos: social and educational support for people and families facing vulnerability.
• Venus Sense Cànon: a support and sisterhood space for women who have survived gender-based violence.

Fundación IRES also offers workplace equality training to strengthen teams' skills and commitment to equality, in line with the Sustainable Development Goals and applicable law.

Reach and impact

The foundation operates in Catalonia and the Balearic Islands. It reports 255 professionals, 42 projects and services, and 115 partnerships with organizations, businesses, and other groups. Its 2025 annual report documents its social impact and major initiatives.
