Fundación Empresa y Sociedad is a Spanish organization working in three areas: connecting businesses with business-to-business digital solution providers, facilitating international donations, and sharing information about longevity and the future of human life. It serves executives, donors, and organizations seeking vetted technology, legally sound ways to give internationally, or practical resources for adapting to a longer-lived society.

Digital solutions for businesses

The foundation maintains a network of digital solution providers whose products have been validated by large companies. Solutions cover business development, operations, people, purchasing, sustainability, and open innovation. Buyers can find technology designed for rapid implementation without an upfront investment; scaleups can connect with decision-makers and accelerate their access to the business-to-business market. Initiatives include Scaleups B2B Day, the Scaleups B2B Awards—with 2026 applications open—and a B2B marketplace.

International philanthropy and giving

The foundation facilitates international donations from Spain, managing the logistics, legal and tax compliance in the country of origin and destination, and issuing a certificate for a tax deduction when applicable. Since 2013, it has been part of Transnational Giving Europe, an alliance of leading foundations in major European countries, and represents Spain in international philanthropy networks. It also manages the iM:PACT program, with its own calls for proposals and projects.

Longevity and the future

The foundation's third area focuses on preparing for longer, more digital, and more collaborative lives, with practical resources on health, work, finances, and personal relationships. Topics include longer careers, project-based work for experienced professionals, and preparing for life after retirement.

Publications and events

The foundation regularly publishes articles, news, podcasts, videos, press releases, and ebooks, and maintains an events calendar. Recurring topics include finding business-to-business opportunities, alternatives to endowment funds in Spain and their tax treatment, and the role of digital-native companies as agile vendors.
