Employment inclusion and professional services
Fundació Tallers is the employment inclusion division of Pere Claver Grup, an organization with more than 75 years of experience in mental health and intellectual disabilities. The foundation provides professional services to businesses and public agencies while offering training, career guidance, and job-placement support to people at risk of exclusion.
Services for businesses
The foundation provides outsourced services to businesses, including:
- Landscaping
- Cleaning
- Packaging, industrial logistics, and textile services
- Dry cleaning
- Outsourced administrative processes
It also advises employers on workplace inclusion, recruiting, and compliance with Spain’s General Law on Disability (LGD), with the aim of helping create diverse and responsible workplaces.
Services for public agencies
Services for public agencies include:
- Landscaping
- Interior cleaning
- Street cleaning
- Management of recycling centers and community recycling drop-off sites
- Records management
Programs for individuals
The foundation offers vocational training, a Labor Inclusion Service (SIL), a Special Work Center, a Multidisciplinary Support Team (EMS), and a work-integration social enterprise. It supports each person’s individual life goals and offers direct employment.
